Unfortunately, my application was sent back because of a missing $ 3.25 fee. I reapplied today.

So when i first apply in February fee to apply was $649.75 they sent back my application in April stating id not clear. I reapplied in April not knowing there was a fee raised of $653. So my payment was short $3.25

omg, I am so sorry to hear. they should have totally prompt you to pay the balance when you were resubmitting.
I hope the rest of the process goes smooth for you.

I really do hope so. Something that i started since februry looks like it wont be complete till next year. As processing slow down. So i will not hear from them till around October end or November.
