Hi all, isn't the background verification made up of criminality and security? I called IRCC ,the agent said my criminality cleared in September which is weird because the tracker showed the background as complete in May! About the security part she has no idea ! So either the tracker is wrong or the agent .Anyone going through similar situation ?

Does anyone have idea why my language and physical presence are completed but not prohibitions? Do they go all together why my is separated? I have just prohibitions are in progress

Are you in a group application?

I had my language completed before physical and prohibitions, I have seen most people have LPP all at once though.

Ahh that's a good point. Mine are all still in progress. I wonder why my language is taking so long... I just included a copy of my IELTS scores that I used ten years ago for PR.

Yes that’s why it’s very concerning to me. I do not have any international travels for 10 years , no military backgrounds, should be simple . No idea why it’s happening

if someone can please advise as I need to travel before November 25th. Whenever I submit the crisis form, it gives me error that something went wrong. The normal form does not allow to attach documents.

Unless there is something else stopping you travelling without first obtaining a Canadian passport, you can just make your travel plans while you wait for the ceremony invitation. If you get an invitation with a date while you are away (or before you leave without enough time to apply for the passport after it), you can then reply to the email listed on the invitation letter to reschedule it for after your return.

I have just done this myself, it wasn't any hassle.

Thanks a lot. I would certainly be doing that. Really appreciate it.
