Are you asking how long it takes to get citizenship certificate after submitting oath form?

No Iam asking how long it takes to get the email for oath date after I get the email for download the e certificate

Folks, it is normal to get the email of instructions before the oath ceremony details. It has happened to other people on the forum. This means that your LPP should be complete soon, your oath ceremony should show up as in progress and you will get another letter for the oath ceremony with the date.

So it's great news! The journey is almost over.

You are right, the journey is almost over. My tracker updated today, LPP completed Sep 1, 2023. And oath ceremony is scheduled on Oct 18, 2023. Haven't received the letter of invitation yet.

normally if you get that mail that means you will have your Oath ceremony scheduled for the next 7-8 business days.

Thanks , waiting for the email then . I am trying to understand the process in chronological order :
1.Recieve email for e certificate download.
2. after few days receive email for oath and oath date
3 . post that download the e certificate and apply for passsport.

I have filed online with 1 adult. Nothing happened for my partner apart from test completion and BG verification.

So I got my test invite from Scarborough, Fingerprint request from Vancouver and Oath invite from Mississauga. I am guessing the oath form processing and certificate availability relies on the official who did the registration during the ceremony because mine asked to put his initials in the subject of the email when sending the signed oath form so that he can get to it quickly.

I had the same office and mine asked for the initials too but I guess it depends on the person and how much work they have on their desk! Thank you and congrats again
