Hey guys. I know this is a silly question but for those of you who did the online application, did you ask the photographer for a digital copy of your citizenship photo? Could you please give me a rundown on how exactly you completed this part of the application? Also, anyone obtained theirs through Shoppers Drug Mart? They're the only place that's open right now that offers photo services. I'd appreciate any response. Thank you so much.

A friend of mine did the online application and yes he did ask the photographer for a digital copy. I know some photographers are not able to provide digital copy, specially pharmaprix (shoppers drugmart). My friend got it done from UPS, they are open and also provide citizenship picture services. They provide digital copy too. Don't forget to add the receipt in your online application while uploading the pics. Hope this helps.

So back to your original question of adding your kids now. I did advise it’s best to call IRCC for direction ...have you done that yet? I don’t think sending the loe via webform would help since your current app does not include the kids. That’s why I said I would have resent a new app including my kids with a loe to explain the situation. For now, call them up for best directions on how to proceed. Hope that helps

He infact missed uploading the receipt and now praying that the application is not sent back. He got to know this later on the forum.

I would suggest, upload it somewhere so that CIC gets it. Till the time it is there on the file, you should be safe.

Oh thanks but im not sure if that works with digital photo that online applicants submit. I'm just gonna ask for a receipt and upload it separately.
