I have seen 1 day, 2 weeks and 1 month after prearrival having a passport request. How long your background check took?
No idea can’t see anything on ecas..
I have no access to gckey coz i have representative.
It depends on your Bck ground , it can be 1 month only and it can be till 3 months depending on your travel history and background nature work such as military , police , governmental potions

I need some clarification.
I submitted my file on April 3, 2018. NDVO interview was conducted on Feb 6, 2019 and I got Pre-arrival email on Feb 7 and status changed to Decision Made in Ecas on Feb 7. No PPR yet.
Does it mean my BG is in process or completed. When can i expect PPR .

I think you can expect to get it within 2 weeks
if you're lucky a few days, if unlucky, longer than 2 weeks. I'm waiting for the same thing.
