RPRF---------10TH MAY 2018
CALLED CIC 19TH JULY was told all clear(ELIGIBILITY GOOD and BGC ongoing) and CPO was OTTAWA
IP2 ---------22ND JULY 2018 (GHOST UPDATE)
PPR-------23RD JULY 2018 GOLDEN EMAIL issued on my birthday, greatest present!
it was very emotional for me. Because i was having my mind in September after the delayed IP2.
Moral: These CIC guys work under the radar.
PS: all dates are CANADA DATES
MY LOCATION: SAUDI ARABIA, BUT ABU DHABI VISA OFFICE FOR PASSPORT SUBMISSION

Today, I called CIC regarding my application status. They said "Eligibility recommended pass, BGC in progress and Visa office Ottawa".

Anyone with similar timelines ??

Medical passed 13th of April
Request for new passport scan: 17th of April.
Eligibility check in progress.
No news since then.

My AOR is just a day before yours. You can check the details on my signature. Medical passed, eligibility recommend pass, and not much else.

We can hope for PPR mail before 120 day mark.

I keep on checking my rediffmail day in and day out.
I tried not to check again and again but could not resist. Its hard to pass time when you are bedridden after a leg fracture.

What can be the reason for the delay after approval?

Batch updates for PPR. There will be people ahead of ya, so you'll get it in one of the subsequent batches. If IRCC says that file approved, then get the champagne out (or beer).

FWS Outland/AOR:April 19th, PPR received on July 5th and passport sent on July 10th, just wondering do we get an email when the application in CIC gets approved or do we have to keep on checking the account for the update?

I am not sure of that but it doesnt matter when you have your passport stamped and copr in your hand right?

Total waste of time. Personally I think those call agents make up shit in their head and tell you so you can get off the phone.
I'm Apr 10 AOR, been on IP2 since Apr 18th. I called CIC on June 10 exactly two months after AOR to find out progress. Agent told me eligibility has not started. That criminal background is ongoing for my spouse, not yet started for me. SS not started on either. I was worried that my file is just being ignored.
Two days letter I get ADR for my work experience and RPRF request lol.
If the agent was being accurate, how come CIC is already working on me to request work adr and even prompt RPRF?

I've paid and submitted adr as well, so back to waiting
