Just got off the call with IRCC. Status as of now.

AOR - 11th April
MEP - 1st of May
ADR for RCMP requested - 25th of July
ADR for RCMP submitted - 7th of August
Eligibility - Passed
Medicals - Passed
InfoSharing - Complete
Initial Visa office was Ottawa
File has been transferred to Sydney

Agent said if all goes well file should be transferred from Sydney to Ottawa soon.

Does anyone know hoe long a file stays in Sydney? I mean are they slower or faster?

Hi. I applied on the 25th of July Wednesday.
File was processed and sent out for delivery from RCMP Ottawa on the 27th of July Friday.
Canada Post Regular mail delivery delivered it to me on the 3rd of August Friday.
So it seems it was exactly a week since they sent it out including weekends.
There is no way to see where the parcel is at. They never provided any tracking number and when I called them and asked about it they said that they do not provide access to any tracking numbers and that I should just wait. I know its frustrating but hang in there. You should receive it soon, All the best. Let me know if you received it.

did they said anything about security check..?if everything is done than i believe its few weeks time:)

They said security and criminality together is Background check and BGC is going on at the moment in Sydney. So here's wishing for something soon hopefully.

Thats new important information for me. So they send files to sydney in order to do BGC? I never knew this...

Not all, it all depends on load sharing, some files are end to end processed within Canada, and some move to local VO.
And btw this Sydney is in Canada :)

Thanks for the answer. I tought its sydney australia lol. So if your file is at sydney then i think its very bad luck? I saw some treads about people whom there files are still stuck there since april 2017... Does this VO has something in relation with security screening?

It is supposedly one of the faster ones, looks like you havent seen London VO, Paris, NDVO cases.
One should be happy if file is processed end to end within Canada especially if one's residence is outside, tbh.

I believe Sydney means CPC - Sydney, Nova Scotia Canada. I am an inland applicant CEC from India. It would not make sense for them to transfer the file to Australia. I did see thay Sydney for inland applicants means Sydney, Nova Scotia.
