Current Processing:
*Overall, i am not seeing a lot of activity from CIC, they seem to decrease average processing time in the past 2 months, not sure yet by how much, but there is decreasing trend in overall waiting time.

PPRs by Visa Office:
*Ottawa is leading with the most number of PPRs, some other VO are doing not bad too, NDVO is quite sleepy at this stage.

Passport Request by period:
*I can't say that there is any increase in number of PPRs... the strange this is that there are not too many rounds this year compared with last year.

Averages by Visa Office:
*As we can see mainly its pretty even

Statuses by the month of submission up to date 2017:
*I would say that CIC clears up 85% of applicants within 12 months mark. 6 months is not an accurate figure.

Statuses by day of submission for 2018
*
As you can see about 25% of Jan and Feb had been cleared.

Any one please help me out here....I am at IP 2 stage..... Currently I am working on Central govt department and I have not shown it as a main employment...I have mentioned it in LOE as it's not of my noc...and I don't want to go further in that career even in Canada.......can it be an issue at this stage of processing....I am not claiming any points for it...

Very extensive. I had way more than 72 trips to places including but not limited to: Syria, Sudan, Somalia, all over Europe, US, Canada and every country in the middle east
So it has nothing to do with travel history? Just laziness of officers or turtle speed processing of VO?

Wondering how extensive is your travel history Harsh ?
3 trips since 18 years old. 2 trips to US from Canada each within a week and one trip to Cuba within a week. Can’t think of any reason of over investigating my bgc. Since I provided home country PCC and Canadian RCMP fingerprint PCC.

No criminal record. Before 18 years old, studying until high school, moved to Canada, study until grauation and work in Canadian bank for one year. My background is easy like an egg. Can’t think of any reason they are conducting my bgc over 3 weeks and others CECs are getting ppr within one week of bgc
