Youre all good. Only one person got it less than 16 days and that was in 3 days so super quock. Average is 21 days right now and mpst more!

I agree with Gary. Getting an AOR around 14 days would be incredibly early for an AOR. It's not uncommon from the past year to not get AOR until 1-2 months after the application has been received by the CIC. I wouldn't expect AOR for at least another week, and I wouldn't worry if you don't get AOR for longer after that. Some people never get AOR and end up getting SA still. I wouldn't worry yet.

It's nothing but normal to get nervous on the wait. I've started going for piano lessons so whenever I'm nervous I go practice!

this form is to be filled by me and my spouse? OR this form is for common law partners only?
if my Spouse does not need to fill it out then what we have to write in this form?

what is co-signer means? do my spouse need to be co-signer?

Please refrain from posting your question on at least 2 different threads all while creating your own thread.

If you are applying as common-law then you need to fill out the IMM5409.

If you are applying to sponsor a spouse or common-law partner you wouldn't need a co-signer. This applies in cases such as parent sponsorship where a person needs to meet a financial requirement to sponsor them. If a person can't meet the financial requirement by his/herself, then they can have someone cosign with them.

so this means that i dont need to fill the Financial evaluation for too? Because we married in January-2016 and we dont have any child.
somebody told me that i have to take print Financial Evaluation form and write N/A in all fields and attach it too with application.

You are using this application package to sponsor a spouse, correct? Outland: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp Inland: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/spouse.asp

There should not be a Financial Evaluation form in the application package. I've never heard anyone filling out a form called anything like that for spousal sponsorship before.

Also, there isn't a financial requirement to sponsor a spouse. You will need to provide your most recent Notice of Assessment from the CRA website, but that is mainly to prove that you have not been on social assistance other than disability.

No problem. Good luck with your application. If you're applying outland, be sure to follow the country specific guide for the country the principal applicant is from (your spouse, the sponsored person) along with the application guide that is in the package you're using.

I think it's calendar days, not working days.

I know how that is; I was very stressed and worried about my application getting returned until I got my AOR at day 22. It's been 27 days for me and I'm hoping for SA within the next week or two.

It's hard, but I would suggest finding ways to distract yourself. There's always something to worry about with the application if you let yourself worry. After AOR I moved on to stressing about my portion of the application and I'm still trying to keep myself from thinking about it too much.
