definitely quiet on the aor front but then again there is a bit of a timeline gap since the last one was received of about 4 or 5 days. normally taking about 21-22 days and most who havent received any are sitting at about 18 so probably soon.

as for SA, according to the feb spreadsheet the average time its taking from aor to sa is 9 days. some getting done in 4, most getting done around 10 days plus. and none of the april guys are over 10 yet except for one. everyone else is 9 and below.

i dont think we can expect to see any more action until next week.

Yeah, it seems like SAs are slowing down a little right now. I don't expect to hear about any SAs until next week either.

my consultant sent my file last week. According to the general trend when should i hear something from them about receiving,? Thanks for replying
In roughly 20-30 days based on current trends.

First thing I would do is make sure you get proof from your consultant that it was delivered. Then join one of the spreadsheets and you can get a sense of when you should know. Look up higher in this thread for a sheet to join. Or look for the May group

They say about 40 days total so far but most of the ones in the feb group are over 40 days from received to sa

It's not related to my immigration but our families process. We received our girls Canadian citizenship papers today in the mail! One thing to check off the list, one less thing to have on my mind. YES!!!! (I'd post on the citizenship forum but it's so quiet over there. I feel that news like this is appreciated here

Hi everyone, I just joined in a couple days ago. Am really happy to be a part of the April group. Couriered out my application pkg to CPC on Apr 15, Its has now been 17 days since the app was received so really anxious to receive AOR1 in the upcoming week. Just checked the processing time on cic and it indicates 11 month for Taiwan applicants, with sponsor assessment time of 41 days. Good luck to everyone here!

YOU ARE NOT AN APRIL APPLICANT BUT NOVEMBER 2015 ;D ;D ;D

WELL FROM WHAT I KNOW READY FOR VISA MAIL SEND OUT IN BATCHES AND IT HAPPENS USUALLY ONCE OR TWICE IN A MONTH OR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AMOUNT OF RFV THEY GET IN EVERY BATCHES...AM NOT 100 PERCENTAGE SURE BUT I WILL SUGGEST YOU TO WAIT PATIENTLY FOR A FEW MORE DAYS THANKS

I've not asked an ECAS question in while :D

We can log on using my partners UCI (received with AOR1) - it says In Process.

I can now login with mine - says Received and the 2nd line is Medical Results Received.

Does this mean someone is actually looking at/processing our file? From past experience does anyone have any ideas how long SA takes from this appearing on ECAS?

I'm at day 29 since it was received.

I did the medical upfront in April and got a call from doctor's office for further tests, further tests are expected to be completed in May/June. Will the medical report expiry date 12 months from the initial report (April) or only count from the whole medical report is marked complete (May/June)?

Basivally aor means someone has physically opened your file. Who knows what happens next.

From the pa side, it means nothing until you get a third line. The third line is aor2 so only worry about the sponsor side for now.

29 days is shy of the 40 days to expect so hold on there. Check out the feb 2016 spreadsheet for an idea of how long its taking them.
