Ever notice any updates between notes? Considering not doing it again as mine literally said nothing.

Is it must to have name of husband on wife's passport? As my wife already has passport under her maiden name and she also has visit visa for Canada. As I already got all required documents from her but today one my friend told me that it is must to have husband name on wife's passport before I send application. Please advise me on it .

Notice them entering notes about receiving the additional docs we've sent.

As for the assessments they all still said not started.

ImaBule but i think in case of any changes on the passport once the application has been done then all you need to do is inform CIC. That is if the wife decides to get a new passport with the husband's name.

Looks like we have to postpone move as well which is all daunting

Glad I don't have to worry about that lol, Indonesians don't have family names lmao. My wife will simply keep her given names and not take my last name. Problem solved for me

I have not seen any movement in Warsaw. It is torture. With no disrespect to those processed in Ottawa how much harder is it to process a simple family sponsorship for a visa required country. I do not suspect many 50 yr old mothers of two that have worked every day of their lives fits the profile of a terrorist or criminal! My morning vent!

My second set of notes will be here in the next few days. Looked like more work was done in missisauga than warsaw. There was a BF date two days after my first set were captured so we will see. they also mentioned an email that they sent me that I never received and despite several inquiries by me no response about it.

I cant apply for notes as I am not Canadian but maybe we will do it with my husband in weekend.


I mean even though the fact that we have to postpone our move to Canada and not in rush it is still annoying not knowing anything;/
