Yes, This is what my ecas status showing but i am wondering how come they consider my file as June applicant as i sent my file on April 25 (that's what my Lawyer said, he sent my file on April 25 and received on April 29) but do u think he may lie about date when he sent it?

thanks ali

Lying is not an option for an immigration lawyer if he/she is registered with ICCRC. Panel lawyers never jeopardize their licence by lying... CIO must have lost it in office somewhere.

Should I email latest NOA without being requested?

Hi everyone, I had some issues with my 2013 Notice of Assessments and finally got it. Should I email my NOA to CIC now? Or should I simply wait until CIC requests my NOAs? According to the trend, I can expect MR by mid of October (of course if everything goes well :P) and till date I have not received additional document request from CIC. And yes, I am April 2014 applicant...

Thanks in advance.

Please Update the status "In Process" :)

Updated! I think starting with May or June, some applicants have "In Process" status already once AORs have been received. This is just my observation....

Hi Guys,

I am going to mail the German PCC to CPC, but get confused where to translate and notarze the translation. I have a German friend who is willing to translate it into English for me; and my university has a commissioner who can provide stamp on the translation but she says she is not responsible for the correctness of the translation. Any suggestion whether such a notarized copy is acceptable by CPC or not? Appreciate a lot for any feedback.

Hi,

You can find certified translators if you google. Good luck!

Hi
I applied for my PR on March 3rd but since I was travelling to India then, I couldn't get my police clearance done. I have received my application acknowledgement letter and application number in April first week. After that I have no news. I got the police clearance check done recently and received the Police clearance certificate today. Should I wait for a mail from them or is there a way to send the police clearance certificate to them. Will there be a delay because of this? Please help as I am worried. My CPC is Nova Scotia.

Secondly, should I get my medicals done before I get a request from CIC?

Regards

SM

Well, based from the other threads, some lucky April applicants should start receiving their MR by mid-October. ;D

Hey, I have question for you guys. I was April applicant and received my AOR in September and my ecas status is "in process" but when i clicked on my status it shows you application for Permanent residency received on June 9 2014. Now, m I June applicant according to CIC ? because most of June applicant have their status in process like me. and when should i expect my MR depend upon my timeline?

Good luck to all,

Thanks

Anybody has an idea if this is normal?

I was just curious and requested it. I don't know that it was a 45-page document! It's worthwhile. I have now a certain idea what is happening with our applications.

I was about to request it after MR. Can you share your thoughts? Do they have the entire history of your applications? (for instance, previous MR, Work Permits, etc).
