What is express entry or did you mean expression of interest?

Guys, when Express Entry" comes into effect in 2015 will it affect our applications to CEC in any way? I'm worried that the rules will change half way through.

Express Entry is the new name for EOI (expression of interest). It will change how FSW, FTW, CEC, and some parts of PNP select applications for processing starting in January 2015.

Whatever immigration rules they change now and in the future, won't affect your application.
You will be assessed under the rules which were in effect at the time you submitted your application.

Just finished reading it. I am curious to know exactly what a "valid job offer" is and how they are going to determine a successful candidate.

what is the difference sending application to Ottawa and to Sydney, NS?

I sent mine to CIO, Sydney, NS and according to document spreadsheet only few others, everyone else send send it to Ottawa?

We need to send the application to Sydney however the visa processing center will be Ottawa. That will be filled in your generic application form. In the spreadsheet people are confused with proceeding visa office.

I also noticed the sheet is not updated with all the information. Like country of residence, application file date, mode of payment. Please update them accordingly. It will help everyone to know details and track it.

Can't you track online? Mine took nearly 10 days to deliver to NS though Fedex said they will deliver in 4 days. I guess messy weather is still continuing in NS.
