Just got Medical Request :)

Congratulation maxmoore!!!!

Thanks guys! I'm about to translate a few papers I received during my previous Medical Examination which list what I have in my lungs. Let's if it works but I kinda feel that my application will be delayed because of that and they will ask for further studies.

Hi guys, looking for some information here.

I applied for both PNP and CEC early this year, did my PNP medical exam in August. Does CEC require a seperate medical exam? If not, do I need to notify CIC that I did a medical exam for a different application or they are aware of this information already?

I know this might be an uncommon question, really appreciate if anyone could give me any insights.

Thanks ;)

I've read that others who still still have valid medical results (1 year validity) when they applied for their work permits were not given MRs.

The latest example is from bumbak wherein an x-ray is the only medical requested.

Guys, got the MR today. Strangely enough CIC has asked me to do only chest x-ray.

The email mentioned:
In order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for your self.

I had done my meds for my work permit back in Aug last year, so those results are still valid it seems.

Do you guys have any more ideas on this.

They should have a copy of your previous medical results. But there is no harm informing CIC as well.

Moderators,

Please update my entry in the spreadsheet.

Done. Good luck!

A lot of MRs are coming. I hope the others will receive theirs within the month.

Thanks a lot, Cabalen.

Finger crossed I get lucky ;)

I would like to share my experience regarding for BOWP:

I just came to know that there is issue in my address. Actually, I mentioned in the form - address field as street + Scarborough and Toronto as city.

As per CIC, this is the issue and c=Canada post can't deliver the BOWP on this address. They will return back to CIC. After 6 weeks, if I won't get it then need to call back again for issue new BOWP document.

guys , Pl. make sure with your address in any immigration document.

Hi,

I recently came to know abt this forum. and wanted to share my info.
My application received on April16
status is still showing as Application received.

came to know from these forum conversations that few of applicants already received medicals.

Plz let me know that how you will be communicated to get medicals. i mean will they send email or post or both.

Thanks,
