I did my medical today from this lovely lady "Dharmavathy Jegatheeswaran " Below are other details:
Address: 3852 Finch Ave,
Suite 301,City: Scarborough
Ontario
M1T 3T9
Telephone: 416-298-9956
Spoken Languages: English, Sinhalese, Tamil

Total Cost- $190 ( Doctors fee- $135, X-ray- 40, Blood test- 15) All test under 1 roof. it only took 1 hour 30 min.
Upon reaching at doctor's office I filled 1 form, and after that all other test and examination. All were smooth and easy.
Documents need to take with you- passport- work permit, driving licence and medical request email biodata form.No need to take photograph as this is eMedical. Doctor said they will upload results within 5- 10 business days....

Finally done with medical....

congrats MJ009... and i thought it was much closer to $300 for the medical fee.. $190 seems good

Planning to pay Upfront RPRF fee.....Do we have to pay 490*2 for me and my wife or just 490 for the total Application... Got confused as during the RPRF Payment it says to enter "Number of Applications"

Its 490*2 .... I am also planning to pay RPRF today... by the way thanks for the information about medical upload time.. I confirmed with her she will do it in next week.. Aprrox 5-10 business days.. and i will follow up with her on that.. Thanks for the info... I will post how much time it took in my case...

I am not sure.. but when i was there 3 other families were there for medical for immigration only.. so I assumed you r right..

She will take more than 2 weeks because my friend had done in July. Dr had uploaded his medical report after 3/4 weeks.
