Finally I got the PPR today. A quick question. In the e-mail the address mentions House No as 0 whereas in e-cas it shows fine. Should I write back to them pointing out the error?

My status changed to decision made on Feb 7th, but I still didn't receive PPR. Is that normal or should I contact them?

I just saw medicals have been received on my Ecas!

I feel so silly though, I thought that the "medicals received" would replace the "in process" status on the first page you go to on ecas, I didn't realise that when you click it the next page has more information haha so this may have been updated yesterday or friday, I'm not sure but so glad I found it!

that's just over 10 days since I did my Medical so seems to be right on track!

Yes you can. But make sure you inform the doc that your child hasn't rcvd med request and would like to do it upfront. Once done get the receipt (with IME# ) and send it to cic & inform them to add to your file.

On a separate note, i remember reading somewhere that children (think < 12yrs) need not under go detailed test like adults. They are exempted from urine,blood & x-ray i think & would need just examination. Your doc would know better. But try to browse/get some info on it and do your child's medical. Good luck.

I reached out to both the authorized doc in my city (Hyderabad,India). Both of them says I need to wait until I get UCI / IME# for my child and cannot do upfront medicals. Not sure why they say so, I even shared with them the link on how to do upfront medicals, but no luck.

Any one here did upfront medicals in Hyderabad / Chennai Or Bangalore ? If yes can you please the name of the hospital ?

I did upfront medical for work permit several times in Bangalore, All hospitals in Bangalore will do this,
I used do medical first then start WP application with proof from doctor.

Not sure about PR applications. Ideally they should do for PR as well.
