Hi guys..need your help..its been 1 week already since i got my MR and for my daughter..and its been 1 week already that i emailed the cic regarding with the wrong spelling of my daughters name but up to now theres no response on them..is there anyway that i can reach them aside from the email?

Call the doctor your gonna go to and explain the spelling is incorrect.

You have contacted Cic, it's been a week and nothing , what do I do in such a situation?

I'm sure the doctor has come across this Before

They may correct the form and attach another letter to it when they upload your results

Call them, see what they say

Hey,

I think suvan is right, Doctor will help you and also doctor goes according to your passport name. Yes they will try to match your name on cic file but you can always explain them what happened and what is correct. I n my case my wife has her last name before marriage in passport and also cic has taken that name instead of my last name. But when I asked doctor to put my last name he said we go according to what is on passport... : So don't waste your time and go to see doctor everything will be corrected there... Don't worry be happy ;D

Congrats! I assume the COPR will follow soon, probably within the next 7-14 days? Not sure whether it's coming by email or regular mail though.
