I was so scared as i had just posted it regular mail on the 13th April so had no idea if they had received it or not! I guess they must have received it round about the 20th 21st - I am very HAPPY! For saki.... what if i havn't contract from the previous employers ??? and also the letters from old companies is not including job deuties & annual salary?? its only includ the duration & postion with some brief description but its seald with the company stamp in the company headed papers?? do u think its OK ?????????? or NO ?????????? :
any way regarding my current employment its OK both contract & letter with (full details of job responsibilitis, duration, annual salary, & total hors per week) all are included.

Not having the employment contract is not a big problem as many applicants dont have contracts for the jobs they did 10yrs back so dont worry about it. For the old companies letters are you applying on the basis of old experience or the one you are currently in? If you are applying on the basis of current employment and as you have all documetns for it then its ok not to have detailed letters from the old companies.

CHC London still not processing pakistani applicants who submit full documents after 1st april 2010.

To everyone,

I have noticed that CHC London has only replied to those applicants who from out Pakistan. I have not seen a single person who is Pakistani Resident and have received a reply from CHC London. I my self sent my complete documents 3 months to CHC London but have not received any Update them.

Please if any one has any update about CHC London processing Pakistani applications please update ?

One of the my friend has applied with me on same date April 18, 2010
my CC charged on 8th July.
and my friend CC was decline because of insufficient fund.
So now they will cash his DD.
my question is that how long it will take to charge DD. can anybody has send application with DD. and what is time frame for DD charge.

It might be safer to use the new checklist. If there's anything on the old checklist that's not on the new checklist, just add those when you submit your documents to the VO.

HI There:
Not compulsory if you can convince about your good level of english by a letter and other proofs. However, you will risk your application being rejected if the visa officer is not convinved and you'll have to apply all over again with a IELTS test result (in other words you will not be given another chance to provide IELTS with the same application).
