Xpect something mid march and its a promise

Yesterday (24-Feb-2012) my consultant received MR from CHC-London thru TCS which extract are as under:

* Medical Examination of each family member
* Update Original Police Certificate of each family member

and timing for submission of these documents within 60 Days from letter dated 10-2-2012.

Timeline of my case are mentioned in Signature portion.

Previous History :
On Jan 19, 2012 CHC London send email to my consultant, which extract are as under:

* Need only two documents for update (Generic and Schedule A/Background Declaration)
* Update copies of passport biopage for each family member
* 2 recent photographs of each family member
* " We Should be in a position to issue medical forms for your family"

and timing for submission of these documents within 30 Days from email dated 19-1-2012. I have submitted above documents on 26-Jan-2012 which reach at CHC London on 3-Feb-2012.

Hope above information is a again Good News for entire Pre-June 2010 applicants.

I have sent my full documents in Oct 2010. i received my 2 AOR in dec 2010. Now Ecas status is just "Application Received" with only one line Your application is received xxxxx date.. Is anyone same as me.. please reply. thank you in advance

Mitali-Hope you are still on this forum.Update from me.Today I received the medicals.I am totally shocked,I never received second AOR. I applied in April 2010 Buffalo application. Once I submit the medicals how long to get the perm resident card?

What a coincidene...I was just scrolling through the pages and saw your name and just clicked to see what you had written ...absolutely not knowing that you had addressed your post to me.....and what a surprise indeed.... 8) 8) 8)

After meds the process is fast...provide you have all clean paperwork .....15days to 3 months to get Visa and for PR card...it depends on when you land in Canada.

Does receiving medicals means interview is waived off or can they still ask for interview?

Hi,

99% it's waived off and 1% they can still call you for interview if they find any thing suspicious during your security checks.

applied in april 2010
recd my 2nd aor from buffalo in jan 2011
finally recd my medicals on feb-17-2012

ive followed most of the posts till date but never ever posted but finally decided to post just in case if it helps anyone trackit their application or get a general idea of whats going on with the visa offices.

my vo is buffalo

please did your address disappear and reapper at any point when yiou had the processing with date

Question-We are currently in the process of divorcing. If divorce is granted after PR is given..does PR need to start again or does CIO count marriage at given point in time?
