hi finally sent all necessary docs to chc newdelhi to add my newborn daughter to my application...thankx to all for guiding me about docs....
also i forget to tell one interesting thing....when i have informed chc about docs required to add my daughter to my application before then i have sent them email and also a letter by post...
they replied to both.....firstly i got email from them and they asked for 2 passport size photos of child,draft for fee,imm008 form,imm5406,birth certificate copy,pasport copy....and after nearly a week they replied to me my letter sent by post and the difference was that this time they asked for 4 passport size photos of child,draft for fee,imm008 form,imm5406,birth certificate copy,pasport copy and proof of funds......so i have sent all docs along with proof of funds as well.......but i m confused why they did theyask for different docs in email and letter.........any one havinng any idea
about that.............
 
Have you tried using the new wizard. You can check it by going to cic.gc.ca/cometocanada. There are tons of information as well regarding application in thismigrate to canada site

I sent all the documents to Delhi office in Aug 2010 and I got second file num in sep. and they update on their site in march like "They receive my application in April 2" and just showing my address. It is still showing the same thing. No change in it. Could anyone plz tell me how much more time it can take for my medical.?? I am waiting for medical..

IS anyone got medical?

Please let me know..

Hello friends as we pre june applicants struggling with delay . i ve come across a eminent canadian lawyers who sued CIC in 2003 n got a positive decision against wrong policies of CIC ......n now seeing injustice with pre june + pre 2008 applicants he is preparing to sue CIC again for its queue jumping policies n delays ...i had exchanged some emails with him n discussed the matter ,in nutshel he had sent me a Analysis + class action proposal . i told him i will put the same infront all of u my fellow applicants. I m unable to open cic website for the last 2 days,ie cic.gc.ca ,anyone else have same prob?
 
cic web site worked for me...

BTW, my VO answered to my e-mail inquery: they told my application is in the queue for review and no further action is required from me now.
We'll see when is next step will be required...

Mona, CIC Website says 15 months from sending full docs for Application processing. So if your AOR is Sept 2010, you should expect something to happen by December 2011 in your case, if at all they stick to the timelines mentioned. I donot think that anyone in this forum with NDVO AOR as Sept 2010 has got MR.

So fingers crossed .. Keep waiting ...

hru. howz going life...........

According to Forum (NewDelhi visa office) our MR will come 2012 starting to mid of 2012 . (we can hope in December also)

"cauz those people who applied in December 2009 to January 2010 are getting MR"..........after 18 to 19 months.

so enjoy Diwali ,Christmas , New Year 2012 and Lohri in India ..................Next Diwali in CANADA..........lol

I sent one email to Buffalo 2 days ago. Here is the answer:

"CIC is working to closely manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration levels plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories than room within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must stagger the review of applications throughout the year.

We do not anticipate that we will begin to process federal skilled worker applications from February 2010 during the current calendar year."

i would like to know what it means by ' Pre-Assessed..: '
and while you say that our april applicants cases will get MR by mid 2011, i read in this forum itself that the visa office at newdelhi will not take application under fsw feb08 to june11, cases this year may be next year is that so....... dont know what is going to happen
