now average time for NDVO is 15 month for pre june applicants......



it means some application will be process within 8 month and some takes 2 year to process......means avg. 15 month.....so time line is according to the case....more inquiry needed for case more time will it take....

if the case is straight..means..sufficient docs. is provided then it will take near 1 year(my view)....

another view is that soon they will again increase avg. time
 
u and i have similar sort to timelines...lets see who gets ahead London or New Dehli...

It's good if they start to look into the applications in 8 months form the time of 2nd AOR, no matter case is straight or not. But what if VO would start to work on the file just couple months before the whole porocesing time??? :'( It would take defenatly LONGER
 
Going by the thread and my own time line , NDVO is not touching any pre June applicant files now days , I received my 2nd AOR in Nov 2010 after submitting my full documents in Oct 2010. My status has been freeze since then RBVO :(.

it means...we will be treated similar to the 2008 applicant ....which takes 2-3 years for final result.

i have to make the dd in indian currency(Rs 6560)

If there is opportunity to send it in CAD it' would be better, u'll be on the safe side , cause of exchange rate (my opinoin)
But if your VO accepts drafts in Rs it should work without any problem.

Yeah its still exist in MI III and I am thinking of IELTs again so that I can reapply.

My address disappeared again today, it's the 3rd time it happened in last 2 months without any change in the status . What I can make it out from this that it's a system flaw.

I haven't send anything before, didn't want to distract officers from their important work ;) After an anniversary of waiting I think I can annoy them with any Qs I have. So I rolled up my sleeves...
I don't think they will be responding for your frequent inquiries...

Lot of people are having different views regarding address disappearance , I think it's a system flaw as it happened twice with me and nothing has been changed till now also I have observed in last two months alot of people gets there address disappeared in one day and get back there address in sane day. I feel visa office doesn't open and close so many files in same day.
