Obviously your pasport is the legal document to determine exactly how many days you stayed. And since you know (double check your passport) you visited for 5 months, you should be ok.

Hey Mitali,

Our is the same. All our reference letters did not indicate full time positions. But our employment contracts basically implies that we are supposed to do the job full time. Also, in our Background (I forgot the form no), we indicated that at particular periods, we are just basically doing work and no studying. So I thought maybe that would indicate full time work. ;D My husband, who is the principal has been in that job since September 2004.

It's hard to get reference letters from our past employers.

It is very important to get that detail from your present employer and there is no excuse for that because "He is the present"... how difficult is to get that from a present employer, will be the question from VO. Very old employers are still excused but if possible get it.

Here in Canada as far as I can recollect 20hrs/week is considered a full time job...please please check this information on Google or CIC website before you make any judgements.

I am just wondering when are we going to be receiving our 2nd AOR? And lastly if we mail our full documents to visa office should i just copy my payment form? You see that in that form credit card informations were asked and as well as the signature of the applicant and the date when you signed the form. If im going to send it again to visa office should i copy the date or change the date? Pls help It seems that they are very strict to the entries we put in our application. I dont want my papers to be returned.

1. After your full docs are recd by CHC... its a long wait of 3-4 months. But this waiting time has not been tested yet because of the implementation of new rules of 26th Jun. April applicants actually can get lucky with short processing time.

2. Mitz08 sent full docs on 24th Jun... 1st applicant from April thread....follow Mitz. But it also depends on Visa office.

2. This time when you send your full docs to CHC, it will be a new form with all the CC details and dated (current) and signed.

Hello Karen, you do not have to send the fee payment form IMM 5620E again to your local visa office. Pls. see the visa office check list, nowhere does it mention that they want the fee payment form. The fee payment form is only for CIO, Sydney.

You will probably need to submit the fee for RPRF (Right to permanent residence fee), which is in normally in your local currency,(no fee payment form for this particular payment). Check the visa website for your Country for the exact amount. This is usually paid by Demand Draft or Banker Certified Check. You can also submit the RPRF later at the time of medicals.

Your 2nd AOR will come in 3-4 weeks after submission of all documents. Pls. submit everything together at one go.

dear saki do i need to get college transcripts? I have simple Marks sheet notarized by public notarised person 3 months back. DO i need to get fresh copies of notarised?

2- after getting HEC verifications do i need to get my degrees and transcripts notarized?

3- Are notarized personal those guys who are workinf in court? or they site some special areas?

please suggest.

Hi Murtazza,

1. Transcripts and Marksheet are the same thing.
2. Ideally you should get the transcripts in a University sealed envelope. The request by Immigration for doing so is to check the validity of your document and the ' The transcripts or the marksheets have not been tampered with'.
The procedure to acheive a Transcript in sealed envelope is:

You request your University to send you "Your transcripts in a sealed envelope" . You have send them your marksheets so that they can refer to the informations on it.
a. Then they prepare another set from their records taking the reference like your name and year etc.
b. They sign on the transcripts with the current date.
c. Seal them in an envelope and post them to you.
d. You send this sealed envelope without opening it. If you open it then the document becomes 'Null and Void'


Now I believe there is something HEC in Pakistan from where you get Marksheets Notarised.

3. Notarised people generally need not have to be Court people. But mostly they are. When your docs are Notarised, they apply a "Seal" ...this seal has their registration # which can be verified by officials any where in the world. Ask the person from whom you would get the docs Notarised - If he is a Notary Public?

i am from egypt and one of my friends book for 2 IELTS exams in one Month ;D

i dont think what is applied for egypt will not be applied all over the world
