Applying PR and OWP Inland Spousal. should i apply CSQ first in Quebec?

Hi guys I am confused I am planning to apply for PR and OWP Inland. I am in Montreal right now.. do we need to apply for the Provincial first or apply straight for PR and OWP? When do i need the CSQ? and how? I couldnt see forms online about it and i looked at their website its really vogue for me. Any help is appreciated thank you so much guys.

Looks like this part of the forum is kinda dead. I applied inland with OWP under the spousal category. In my case, we waited until IRCC sent an email to my husband inviting him to apply as a sponsor for my CSQ. It takes "no less than 25 days" according to the email. I applied last week, once they approve it, the next step is to send proof to IRCC online.

To apply for the CSQ under the spousal category, you need one of two letters, either one from IRCC stating that you're elegible to apply for PR or inviting you to apply for the CSQ. Without it, MIDI won't process your request.
