HI I was recently applying for my father for visitor visa. I am on work permit and I started applying on the new portal. For a list of documents to upload, There was a section called proof of non discretionary travel. During COVID-19 traveller's who are from countries other than US need to have written authorization from IRCC for this to travel. This can be done through web form. But I was confused as my application is not submitted and they are already asking to upload a document related to proof of non-discretionary travel. I cant request authorization from WEb form unless I have already submitted my application. So what should i upload here? We have not booked any tickets yet since he does not have visa right now. If someone knows about this, it will be of great help.
