Applying for two work permits - Need Help

Hello Guys,

I have applied for my PR through PNP but have not yet received my AOR. My PGWP is getting expired in May 2015 therefore i applied for Bridge Open work permit through my PNP certificate. Problem is the certificate was expired and CIC did not issue any letter as well to support my application, they just asked me to apply on the basis of certificate and the introductory letter that i got when my PNP was approved. No response yet regarding my BOWP application (Paper Based), i am kinda scared what if they reject my application and by that time my PGWP is also expired. I would have no status and i guess i would have to leave my job as well. Is it a good idea to apply for a closed work permit online along with my BOWP??.. Can we apply two different applications together?. I am okay to work with the same employer as well. Please advice.

i applied paper based BOWP on 21st dec 2014 and got the Open workpermit on 6th mar 2015 .i applied paper based without pnp supporting letter .but i had AOR AND medical done on sep 2014.well if you have very less time and your permit is about to expire then you can go to your nearest boarder to do flagpole.if you want to apply online then u better apply close permit ,im pretty sure if you apply online BOWP then they will reject because you dont have supporting letter and no AOR .
 
I have got mine rejected already as I applied BOWP without the AOR. Now I have to wait for 2 months for new work permit without job.....

hallo....I applied BOWP with expired pnp nomination letter and AOR....they requested me supporting letter from pnp ....I submitted that .....what are the chances to get work permit approved?
 
with AOR number. Should not be any problem. Good luck though :-)
