applying for student visa without agent

recently i got refusal for may intake.now i am planning to submit my file without agent.
Can i apply for same intake under general,
Is there any body who have applied without agent?
I am from india.
I want all forms (editable) for student visa(general).
Waiting for reply.

i guess its because of consultant. from your previous post http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/rejected-for-jan-2012-under-spp-and-trying-for-may-2012-general-visa-t92001.60.html i guess u applied again SPP after already one rejection under SPP. is it true?

Paid 1st sem fees
Loan 11 lakh
Income 5.9 lakh

it should be fine. but i thinks applying 2 nd time under SPP is the reason for refusal.

According to CHC u should apply by 1st april.

deadline is 20 April

Plz go ahead and apply in general category...I am not sure why ur consultant applied in SPP again when u were already refused once in SPP...careless stupid consultants...

MY CONSULTANT TOLD ME THAT WE CAN'T APPLY TWICE FOR THE SAME INTAKE.IS IT TRUE???

I HAVE DOWNLOADED ALL FORMS BUT I CAN'T EDIT VFS CONSENT AND STUDENT QUESTIONNAIRE.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
ONE MORE THING, IN THE STUDENT QUE. FORM, THEY SAID "FAILURE TO DISCLOSE AN AGENT OR REPRESENTATIVE NAME CAN NEGATIVELY EFFECT THE DECISION ON YOUR STUDY PERMIT"
WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
I AM APPLYING WITHOUT AGENT.
