guys.. good news!!! my visa was approved without biometric!!!!
I had applied in may 8th and I receive my work permit yesterday. The funny thing was that I received my work permit by mail and they didnt update my account.

You should get it today .
Those who applied June 19 got it on July 25
And one person who did on June 20 got it on July 26 .
So you’re gonna get it today !

Since you applied June 23
You should get ghost updates / new messages on cic account maybe Tuesday late evening or Wednesday for sure .
That’s the trend going on lately for past week .

Update: I called them and they told me that my permit was approved on Aug 31. The status hasn’t been updated yet on the website though.
