Applying for PR under SINP

I got nominated for SINP, I am working in canada in implied status as i have applied for work permit. I want to apply ASAP so , should i wait for my work permit or can i still apply when i m in implied status. I want to choose Delhi visa office for my PR application. Is this a good way to apply under my condition. I am also including my spouse who is in india. Thank you.

You can apply for PR right now. You and your spouse need India + Canada police clearance.
How are you planning to bring your spouse to Canada and when ? Pls share !!!

i am for india. i am an august 15 applicant.till now i have'nt recieved anything(general stream)
