Applying for family / is there one application?

Hi guys
I'm hopefully going to apply for myself and wife and 9 yr old daughter on October 11th.
Is there a single application package or do I have to complete three packages?

3 applications, Adults + Minors.
Pay fees together, send all together.
We made three separate sets, used clips.

So should I prepare my wife's application with a minor and an application for my daughter and a separate application for myself?

You = Adult Application,

Wife = Adult Application,

9 yr old kid = Minor Application,

For all candidates = Checklist + All required documents according to check list, for each applicant. Adult check list is different from minor's.
