Apply to CSQ after study permit expiry (No PGWP)

Hi,

Just finished my masters in QC. Currently attending French classes but won't be able to pass B2 level exam until March.
My study permit expires March 31st. I can't apply for PGWP since I already got one before.

Let's say I receive my French results in April. Can I still apply forCSQ since I still within the ' 90 days' limit?.

You need to have a valid document stating a valid status. You probably need to change your status to Visitor (TRV- Visitor Record).
