I am applying study permit (study for 1 year) that includes:
1) My study permit
2) My husband's open work permit
3) My son's (dependent) temp visitor permit
4) If eligible, parent super visa
I have the problem of uploading Form 5257 for my son. I wonder does my son need a visa or not? We are from the visa exempt country, with 180 days.
Can anyone tell me what should I do?
Can my parents apply super visa together with my application of study permit via online?
