My sister is grade 10 and currently study in Canada with valid study permit. We applied study permit extension and it got approved. However we received the Letter of Introduction again this time, does it mean even for extension we have to go through the border officer? My understanding is for extension we will get new study permit via mail in Canada.
I am not sure if this is by design or something went wrong, also sent a webform and waiting for their response. If anyone has suggestions or experiences on this please let me know. Thank you!
