Apply PNP after working on open work permit which got by spouse’s Study permit

Hello,

Sorry for the long post title as I don’t know what it’s called!
My wife is currently international student in Manitoba and I have open work permit.
I’m just wondering whether I can apply PNP for myself after working fulltime 1 year and then apply for PR or not because I got work permit by my wife study permit, not my myself.
Have anyone been through this?

How you were issued the work permit doesn't matter.
