What is critirea of applying job in Canada

You need a Canadian employer who has an approved LMIA. The LMIA proves that no Canadian has the education, work experience and language skills to do the job, only you. So get ECA and language tests done. Once you have LMIA, you can apply for a closed work permit.

If fluent in both official languages then look at Express Entry if you want to immigrate. If from an IEC country then look into a working holiday visa.

AIP is a provincial PR stream. So you apply if eligible and with your job offer with a designated employer. The designated employer is showing that no one local can do the job.

How to figure out I am eligible or not
With your job offer with a designated employer, go on the AIP site and read eligibility requirements. I don't know the province for your job offer, NOC etc. AIP only selects a few thousand so may not be approved, and takes about 26 months for processing.
