Hello.

I am applying for my baby girl to join me and ber father back to Canada

I will first apply for visitor visa as she was born outside Canada

I am planning to apply through the new portal for visitor visa.
but confused which one should I check

i think this is the closest for the purpose of the visit

((To visit my spouse, common-law partner, dependent child, parent, steps-parent, guardian or tutor who is a Canadian citizen, person registered under Canada's Indian Act or permanent resident of Canada ))

Its also ask to provide more information so I will write

To acompnying my parents back to Canada

Also dose the processing time differ between the old way and the new portal ?

Is either of you a Canadian citizen who became a citizen before your daughter was born? If yes that would mean that your daughter is almost certainly a Canadian citizen and you wouldn't apply for a visitor visa
