Applied on June 15: Still processing -- Can I apply again on Paper?

I applied for Study Permit online on June 15 (Master's course) but my application is still being processed.

Can contacting VFSGLOBAL help? Or Maybe I can apply again through VFS now?

VFS global cant do anything. You need to send case specific inquiry through webform and if that fails call the Canadian number for IRCC.

I applied on june 28 online under sdc
Got acknowledgement letter on 12th july.
Until now there are no updates at all.
My class starts on sept 4.
 
Please can some one help me?.... How do you know where your online application is being processed?. I also applied on the 29th of june. God biometrics request on the 7th of August.. submitted fingerprints on the 9th... since then nothing.. even my finger print status still says we do need your finger prints..
Please i want to kow where my application is being processed.. may be i can contact the office directly.
I tried the web form.. no reply.

I too applied on june 15th..stucked at eligibility review

dont reply again unless u get a response from CIC.

I applied for January in July so hopefully I never have to call anyone, you need to be proactive and not juat wait around now. Search on here or google gow to call ircc.
