I applied for AINP nomination last year. Since, they did not respond for many months I finally decided to apply in the FSW category thru a lawyer. I wanted to fill in Calgary as the city where I would settle in but the lawyer suggested I fill Vancouver,BC since thats where my brother lives.
Later, I did receive my AINP nomination as well. Since my FSW application dint go very far, I have decided to withdraw that application and use my AINP nomination. I am sending pcc's to them with Calgary as the city to live.
My concern is that AINP may reject my application stating that my intentions are not to live in Alberta since I mentioned Vancouver in the FSW application.
Can one of the experts please advise, what should be the best course for this situation. If there is a possibility of rejection due to this reason then may be I should proceed with my FSW application.
