Friends, My application has been returned by CIC saying that I used an outdated form. Really annoyed at UPS now. Interested to know anybody else's experience whose application was also delayed by UPS, Purolator or Canada Post.

WOW, whats the pattern here. I am in the same shoes as OP. I raised a complaint and got a call back from UPS that they have spoken to CIC and it will be covered under the old laws. Unbelievable to me but I am keeping my fingers crossed.

No, you should be fine. I came back just with a valid I-797 i.e I-94 (of course, my visa is also valid but in the past I have returned just on a valid I-94).

Friends, I am planning to land in the month of July. I have time till Mid August to land. My concern is that my car is financed and the title is not with me. Can I still export it out of United States? I am not sure if this is possible unless the car is completely paid up. Please advise.
