My timeline is
Jan 26/2016 send mail to cic
Feb 1 /2016 cic received
Mar 18/2016 charged my credit card
Now is I haven't receive AOR and UCI
I hope everything go on wheels

My credit card got charged around that time too, and I received my AOR in the Email a week or 10 days later.
I think yours will be the same. Any day now.
