I think i missed the rejection e-mail attachment! :-\
what do u mean by webform?

Dear You must have attached rejection email with your email to make your case stronger and let them aware what they doing. Now you must send them urgent email again and as attachment attach this rejection email. Send them fax as well and include rejection email in fax.

There are 2 ways to contact CIO. One by this link or webform

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/csu.asp

or by email

it was posted by some member kathe before

If somebody emails CIO providing with full data(name ,DoB, file number, etc,.), at
FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca, an automatic acknowledgement from CIO will promptly dive into the sender's inbox, but CIO will provide an accurate answer vis-a`-vis the enquire in due course.

Still RBVO!! :(
I know, amaartahir - I keep a sharp eye on all your progress and I am in spirit with you. I am finding it hard to keep hoping but I keep following your name and others like us hoping to see some change soon.
Keep your chin up and let's send our encouraging thoughts silently to one another. I am sure we will hear something soon. :)

Hi Queencougar,

i understand how its frustrating and very unfair to us,
we got PER on the same day with you, I really hope for good news around next week, so it will be 4 mths, around 24th May we should hear something,
at least to be "IN PROCESS"

Im praying for us !!! Please God, fingers grossed !! ;)
As for amaartahir - I am sending my good vibes to you as well, IRG. I watch the tracker and thread for news of you and although I am not a religious person, I think of all of the 'forgotten' ones and hope to see the worry and frustration coming to an and for all of us very soon ;).

Dear Mute man!

I think you should write them urgently and inform them of their blunder. You definitely need an apology. I think first send them an urgent email and attach the rejection email you received from them. Send it urgently before they return back your full application. You can also write them in writing. I heard some where on the forum that faxing is the best option.

Thanks

Yes, fax is the best option. I was informed by a VO (Manila) that personal e-mails are immediately rejected by their system.

So it took almost 20 days to reach by post, the times are just awful. Btw when are you planning for medicals. Do it asap.

If a boy and girl have the same mother and father in the world are called brother and sister. But CIO officer said he was not convinced that my husband and his sister are brother and sister, despite the same parents, and gave me NER, due to lack points.

As evidence of the relation attach international birth certificate of my husband and his sister, her citizenship Card and a copy of Canadian passport as proof that a Canadian citizen. They were required evidence to prove the relation with Canadian citizen.

My relatives called CIO and complained of this decision, but without success. Send them email, fax and letters in seeking to once again review the evidence they submitted in accordance with Canadian laws.

Does anyone have another idea that would help me?

Viktoria

Victoria,
Sorry to hear your news. when did you get this unfair NER?
As you have already sent them a Fax, i believe they will review it again
By the way, send a recent bank statement of your hubby's sis, which will prove that she is currently living in canada

regards,
Dr.Hasib

Dear Viktoria,

I'm terribly sorry to hear about your file been rejected after soooo long wait. :'( Why don't you fax them immediately, reminding them of their mistake? Please include the evidence you are mentioning in your letter and ask them to review your file and the supporting documents again. I believe a copy of the birth certificate of your mother and/or father in-law should be attached as another proof-and the certified copy should be sent later. Please don't give up so easily and do whatever it takes to prove your sis in-law is currently a Canadian citizen.

Hope there will be an immediate change for better in your case.

Katy
