Mumbai RPO asks for original passport......We get it back along with the PCC on the 3rd day by speed post

they normally send it to the address in d passport if u r applying thru RPO....since the address is different, i suggest u to get it thru the Police Commissioner's office....it takes about 6-8 days.....
