Alright guys I'm officially getting uncomfortable with not having received a PER yet.

Checked eCAS today and my status has been updated to

"We received your application for permanent residence on December 29, 2010. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 10, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us"

Since PER is supposed to be emailed, I'm assuming there is a problem. I was thorough with my documents but didnt include a police clearance report. Could that be the reason? or should I expect the worst? :(

Hi! Check your spam, it must be there, dated March 10.
PCCs will be required later by your VO.
Good day!

Hello all,

It's been awhile since I've been here but was wondering if anyone who had applied to Buffalo as FSW2 after June 26th had heard anything?

I got my PER in mid December and havent received any word yet.

Thanks!

Montrealgirl,

No word yet. We all have on our ecas CiO eligibility review complete. Is this the case with you? On the buffalo consulate website it says that they are updating their computer system and that this is causing delays ( in theory only to applications received in march).

Dear Shareen & Doctor,

Thanks a lot for your help. information provided by you is really helpful. i asked the same quries regarding the submition of my child's documents. she told to submitt all the documents ie. PCC, document related to child , Application fees for Child & RFPR fees for me & my spouse after receiving the medical request only.

will there be any problem created by ND VO if submitt the document as instructed by consultant or should i submitt it once 2nd AOR is received.
Need your expert advise on this. since i think you people are true champions & understand problem of each forum member who is seeking your advise.

Regards,
Vicky

Hi Vicky,

its better u submit them after the 2nd AOR because they will have time to update ur file and send the medicals for your child too....every applicant is to undergo the medicals....if u send it after the medical request, u may have to wait for your chld's medical request after that....

and also, since u r including a new born, (i forgot to mention in my previous post), u need to show POF for 3 ppl now...dats abt 17000 CAD.....

the pcc and rprf can be sent after u receive ur medical requests....but send ur new born's application as soon as u receive the 2nd AOR...
this is my opinion....u can check with others too...

all the best !!! :)

Hi There..

Just read your question....I was in exactly the same situation as you....my ecas showed that they had sent me an email...but i had never received one...I sent an email query to CIO...took them 18 days (approx) to send me a reply and they asked me to confirm if i had received an assessment email from them....I replied that I have not received anything from your office and please can you resend the assessment email....it took another 10 days before I got the PER...

Hope it helps.....Send them an email today !!!! make your life easier....

Hello Guys,

I am also from Singapore VO. Got PER on 8th Feb and the E-cas status was RBVO from March 2nd until yesterday night. But today morning I cannot log in to the system. >:( It says: "This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not yet begun processing it".

Anybody else getting this?
Check again..mine is still showing RBVO
by the way, it might be a good sign. next time you log in, you most probably see your status is "In process"

Dr.Hasib

All the admins of our tracker sheet,

I have a suggestions for this tracker
1) we should keep all the time line columns adjacent, now MR+PCC+RPRF request date column is almost at end of the sheet. so it is difficult to see 2nd AOR issue date and MR request issue date.
2) one column should be added for MR+PCC+RPRF submit date.
3) Freeze down VO column also along with name column.

This is just my suggestion as i feel little difficulty, so i think if these suggestions are implemented then all other members also have ease of tracking. Implement it if u all find it worth.

Thanks and Regards,
Rupal

Hi,

Still here, no word from the VO. >:(

Anybody ... Wayne, Bindu, Anil .... is the below status a precursor to anything?

We received your application for permanent residence on September 21, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 25, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 2, 2011.

Any and all thoughts appreciated!
