My ecas status has changed today to:

We received your application for permanent residence on December 23, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 9, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

My next question is: based on your experience, do you think this is a good or bad news?
I am worried 'cause as far as I remember PERs are generally sent by email and NERs by post mail, correct?

just go to the same site where you checked earlier as client id status. simply now you have to log in as under immigration file no.

Can the seniors please up the spread sheet...my ecas status says : CIO ER COMPLETE
and my application was received by CIO on the 15th Dec, NOT on the 20th Dec as i previously thought.
