If you check on the spreadsheet, you can find that Temasek,2010can,Kevinca,bd1122 got 2nd AOR and their status have been changed to In process.
Mine is RBVO and waiting for my 2nd AOR.
By the way, None reported about verification call yet.

I am also from Singapore VO. Got PER on 8th Feb and the E-cas status was RBVO from March 2nd until yesterday night. But today morning I cannot log in to the system. It says: "This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not yet begun processing it".

Anybody else getting this?

It's not 2nd AOR.VO usually send 2nd AOR by post & you can expect your 2nd AOR within 1 month from the date of your application received by VO

Also what will be the next step, Should we start process to get police certificate , any other things required

(1) Actually speaking, as we were guessing earlier also, the completed application should reach VO within 15 - 20 days. But CIO may be sending it in bulk / batches to the respective VOs. So we can assume ....on an average it should take 40-45 days.
(2) Next problem starts at VO .... .... There are still many members (recorded / known applicants) who have received PER/2nd AOR ..... but not 2nd AOR / MR (as the case may be) ...... :'( :'( ... EVEN AFTER 80 DAYS..
(3) Otherwise if we think that VO works perfect / correct ... and one's file is simple (no major issues), then 2nd AOR should be sent with in 15-20 days after they receive the file. And MR within next 10 days.

This should be actual timelines (it may be!!) ...... And if any applicant's timeline is not matching that means VO is taking more time for that case which may vary as per the complexity of the case .... :-X

it's a good news. now just wait for another 1 month for the local VO to review again and the status to change "In Process"

Hey edidigit,

We were asked to do

1. Xray Chest
2. Urine routine
3. HIV
4. VDRL
5. Physical examination

They gave us 45 days for the medical reports to reach the VO....the reports are sent by the DMP directly to the visa office...so the earlier u finish the tests, the better

Physical examination is exactly what it sounds. The doctor would do a physical examination on you.

it means the DMP will conduct a physical examination ....examine u (ht,wt,eye sight etc.) , ask u a few questions and fill up the medical sheet

This is the standard status of everyone who has received PER/NER. (ALthough, Ecas, is not a reliable source of info!)

May I ask how you got your PER, email or post mail?
My request was received the same days as yours, but haven't received any email from CIO yet, while my status changed to CIO-S Eligibility Review Complete ....???

After the 2nd AOR/PER, anything & everything must go to the VO [not to CIO-NS]. And always remember to write a Cover Letter. As soon as the baby is born - Register the Birth [obtain a Birth Cert... hospitals will assist u with it, but the onus of getting the B/Cert shall rest with the parent/s] & Apply for his/her Pps. As u receive the pps, send the following to your local CHC [your VO]:
