Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Congrats for the 'In Process' ....You will soon receive your 2nd AOR / MR. There IS a priority to >J26 applicants, but NOT to the applicants who have applied earlier and are applying again ..... 8)

Congrats !! The Barcode no (B*) should be your file no.

not sure if you can say that barcode (B) is the file no. as in my case I got my file no (B) in 2006 and it is different now on the barcode. they have given me the earlier file.

And your status shows that your medicals have been done. if so does status now is 'decision made'

Okay, getting used to these acronyms.

Letter is dated 3rd March and All docs are required by 17th April.

So a total of 45 days including the days when your letter was in transit.

Actually, my letter is dated the 8th of March and docs need to be submitted by the 27th. Is it 45 working days? Im not sure.

Got 2nd AOR on today, 12th March,2011. Later dated 9th March, 2011
UCI and application number are same, application number starts with Exxxxxxxxx
Also payment receipt has a barcode sticker and that barcode sticker number starts with B

We received your application for permanent residence on September 15, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 7, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 24, 2011.

However my case if different as i had applied earlier on May 6 2006 and my status shows two "In Process". one showing the above information and the other one saying that we started processing your file on May 6 2006. not sure if they are giving priority to the people who had applied earlier? my earlier NOC was also 1122.

Hi, Like you I have a pending application filed in Dec 2006. I don't think it affected my second application 'coz i've received my medical request and done with it.
I'm just curious, from where did you receive the letter sent to you on Feb. 24? If it's from your VO, then it's your 2nd AOR. The one sent to you on January 7 is your PER. If that's the case, MR is on the way.
BTW, I already sent a letter withdrawing my old application to our local visa office and waiting for their reply.

No, There has not been any verification in my case yet.

But one of our form member from ND VO got verification on his home number, his cell phone & also they called his Boss to verify the details.

I guess that is the only case of varification we have come across from ND VO.

If ND VO follows the same system of verification as Manila VO, I would say it's done with your case, you can expect your medical request anytime soon.

I don't know if they verified at all. Bcoz I am self-employed, I submitted notarized copies of my income tax returns and I made an affidavit of job description. If they did call my university or the professional regulatory board, i have no way of knowing it.

You know, I even feel better with e-cas "not available" status. I never bother myself what it is say or how it changes. It would just confused me more and made me worry about it.

Some guy called Nectar (who doesn't seem to want to tell anyone where he gets his information from) reckons that the priority at CHC London is post-Feb-2008 to June 2010 applications, and that >J26 will be priority in October 2011.

As much as I struggle to believe CIC would allow some people to get their visas in a few months and others in the same process not even looked at until October (somce 10/11 months after PER received), the longer this wait continues the more I will start to believe this Nectar guy!
