Got 2nd AOR on today, 12th March,2011. Later dated 9th March, 2011
UCI and application number are same, application number starts with Exxxxxxxxx
Also payment receipt has a barcode sticker and that barcode sticker number starts with B

I dont know what to say. At least if Nectar was right I beleive he would at least say he has an insider or something. CIC made it clear that Post June applications where going to be processed faster and history of other immigration Law changes in Canada tells us that the application time just keeps getting shorter. Also the fact that the 20,000 applicants wont even be reached this year should help Visa offices catch up. That was part of the initial idea anyways.

In the end I think no one knows. All we can so is support each other and beleive in what we know as facts. That the Post June 2010 will take less time.

Some guy called Nectar (who doesn't seem to want to tell anyone where he gets his information from) reckons that the priority at CHC London is post-Feb-2008 to June 2010 applications, and that >J26 will be priority in October 2011.

As much as I struggle to believe CIC would allow some people to get their visas in a few months and others in the same process not even looked at until October (somce 10/11 months after PER received), the longer this wait continues the more I will start to believe this Nectar guy!

I am from baroda. here i issued PVC wihtin one week. but what u think is PCC and PVC different?? Is it necessary to ger PCC?
And what about POF enquiry? DId CIC asked for another POF report with current status in 2nd AOR.
HAve u paid landing fees to CIC ND VO?

I have appled on 6ht oct but still havent received 2nd AOR

have you seen this in the buffalo office website? I just found it

In as much as the Nectar guy seems to have some useful info, I am not tempted to believe him. If he is correct, why not state the source of his information. Besides, CIC would have put earlier applications into consideration for some VOs to be issuing MR etc and London VO waiting till oct 2011. This guy is the subtle type. He is only capitalising on the silence of London VO on post june 2010 applications. If I may ask, is Buffalo VO still giving priority to Feb 2008 applications? Are there not Feb 2008 applications in ND & Manila VOs?
London is a mega VO. IMO, that may account for the delay. I quite understand that the waiting is becoming painful.

After a lot of waiting, the status changed to "Received by Visa Office", however the contents inside still remain the same.

Also, I haven't seen or heard anything on the 2nd AOR yet though. ???

Wayne / Anil / Indira... Can you please change my status in both the International as well as Delhi Sheets.

Guys,

Now I am starting to stress out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All Dec applicants got their PER (congratulations by the way). Knwoing that I applied on the 23rd and that all NERs are provided later I am concerned that I might receive an NER in a couple of weeks .... My status still says 'Received by VO'
Do you think I should call or send an enquiry to CIO? What would the phone number/email address be? Even if they won't gie me a status by phone I am thinking maybe they will take note of my enquiry and send an email right away......
