its a one day group session and the other day u have one on one session
On the first day, they give information on all the aspects of immigration
geography of the country, current policies of the provinces, how to be job ready for canada, how to make resumes, what to expect, how to make your action plan once u land there, pre landing preparations, finances- how to open bank account from home country, what are the services available for immigrants

The next day you have one on one session with them and they make you a customised action plan, and help you get in touch with correct person, they make referrals to immigration services, universities to upgrade yourself and you can ask them any information you want for family, kids, housing, licensing, etc whatever you think of, they will guide u to right sources....
All in all a session worth attending ;D ;D
