I would like to congratulate you for posting this.

And I also have one question: What if you can't attend there personally is there any chance that we can get these informations by mail?
I saw the website and it was really interesting but I am from Albania and can't be there to attend these sessions.
Is that session just for the Fed. Skilled workers or even to Quebec Skilled workers (me) ?

Sadly I do not know the answer to almost all of your questions... I get prompt replies from the Indian email address... I'll try asking about it on that... But meanwhile I found on the website that they mainly serve in China, India, Phillipines and UK... And they have also given the link to a site with similar kind of info for newcomers... and that is... http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/newcomers/map/services.asp

Hope this helps... Also, please try dropping an email to them with those queries of yours...

Some positive thoughts for you: You are nearing the end of your journey as you were recently transferred hopefully your case will be completed quickly. Also lets hope/pray that Buffalo picks up speed for the new year, especially with the further reduction in applications. The wait can be frustrating but it is temporary and God willing you'll soon have your PR visa in hand. Good luck.

Yes my application was complicated for no reason. That meant delays in the process. In any case now I expecting passports with visas at any moment. The same wish for our friend rkv.

Hi Cam,
you can ask your local Member of Parliament to follow up your application,( as far as I know it is for people living in Canada) ,but they can only follow it up. They can't apply any pressure to speed up he process. At least my MP couldn't. She only said that it is not in process(a few months ago), a few days ago she said ,it is in process, and you may hear sth until April 25, and that's all! However I can't be sure that she is right and I really will hear sth until then. That's all MP did for me.
If anybody else has any experience with MP, please share!
