I don't know. This is the instruction from the letter from Warsaw Visa Office. It clearly states that medicals must be sent to CHC London and CHC London gives the decision to Warsaw up to 8 weeks.

Shrug, unless Warsaw does not have the medical officers? The DMP makes no decision about your medical admissability to Canada, that decision is made by the visa office, and each visa office is supposed to have its own medical services division (indeed the 2nd line of the address for the Canadian High Commission in London is "Immigration and Medical Services Division").

So my best guess is that Warsaw does not have a medical services division, hence why they need London to make the admissability decision for them?

Wayne.

Dear Admin,

Kindly Update " SatishMan" status with In-Process on ND VO tracker.

just wait more..it will change soon...im still single and alone in my application so may be it also affects the speed of our application if there are plenty of family members going with the principal applicant..

I'am single just like you. Nobody can really tell what their considerations are. I guess there's nothing more to do than wait till they respond. Congrats once again.

That's correct. Look at this:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/partner/dmp/exam.asp#reports

DMPs must forward all immigration medical reports to the regional medical office in their area by mail. Do not send immigration medical reports to the visa office processing the applicant’s file. This will only increase the processing time.

and:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/dmp-handbook/appendix-01.asp#appendix1

there is a list of regional medical offices and Warsaw is not there.

So i think that medicals were sent to correct place but i want to make sure that they're there.

Done... when it got in-process?

Hi guys !!! LONDON UPDATE

I have submitted my passport in person today at Canadian high commission London. It was a small queue of 10 ppl or so outside ... i went in 2 ladies and a gentlemen asked my passport, update chart form and 2 pics, gave me the receipt and asked me to come back after 2 weeks to collect it back. The whole process took around 2 mins.

One thing was funny when all of them saw my file no. and asked me that is it correct? i said yes, they said it should be starting with EP if i am provincial nominated or B if i am skilled.... i said i am skilled and with new rules that is why it starts with E ... they said ohh ok with a bit smile, they were friendly .. end of the story ...so wait for 2 weeks start from today ..

Congrats to all with good news and appreciate the patience of waiting applicants..

cheers..

Happy for your good news danishsoomro ;) Lets count down the 14 days till you are ready to share your success story with all of us here.

I haven't been monitoring the forum lately so sorry if this has been discussed here but I think the following news item explains the strange NER's and long waits for PER for FSW2...

Very interesting +1. It is very sad how some immigration consultants take advantage of their clients. It is also sad the client naiveness to "beleive" they got a job without an interview... Worst thing is this makes the process slower/harder for those that are honest and do qualify.
