Hi guys I see there are a couple of people in the same boat as I am so I have decided to post the reply I got from CIO this morning.

"Good Morning

The E-CAS system is a computer updated system and as such, at times, contains erroneous information. Please note: No letter has been sent, you file is still awaiting assessment. You will be contacted by our office upon completion of the assessment of your file.
Thank you "

This is so frustrating but I've decided not to worry about the whole PR thingy anymore. I already live in Canada so even if it takes them a year just to send a PER, I'm in.

PS - my application was received 29th december and they claimed a letter was sent to me on march 10. And i noticed most people whose application were received around christmas time all have the same problem (check the tracker and this forum to understand what I mean). That to me is much more than just coincidence. On a lighter note,If I knew, i would have waited till january after their hangover symptoms were over ;D

hey, guys, i'm new here! i have a question for you all! my husband is the principal applicant under FSW class with arranged employment. Our VO is Buffalo. Our ecas status:
We received your application for permanent residence on November 16, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 25, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 25, 2011.

After receive per from cio, E0000, we didn't receive any so far from Buffalo. My question is do I suppose to receive a 2nd file number B000? or that's only for applicants before 626. How long i need to wait for out MR, after ecas says "started processing?"

Dear Indira......

So happy to know about your MR/RPRF.......... Congrats.....You have prooved that u can't just go wrong as far as appplication is concerned... you got the MR/RPRF on right time...... all the best for ur further processes.

Thank You LJC!!!! Finally got my MR/PPR/RPRF!! Ah, what a relief :)

CONGRATULATIONS

Good news for the all the people in 1122 waiting for something to Happen. 1122 was supposed to be a management/professional category but being handled in an unprofessional way. Let's get Canadian High Commission some good professionals to handle the cases in much better way.

PS:
does "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 25, 2011. " mean that our application been transfered to VO?

Contrats Bindu.Allam on your MR/RPRF request.. all the best for a speedy and smooth process ahead...

Congrats.. Cheersman for your 2nd AOR. I too have recieved my PER on 3rd March like u and my status is RBVo...hope I too will recieve my AOR within few days...

By the way where did u receive your 2nd AOR letter in Mumbai or Cochin?

Congrats to all other members who are going ahead with thier MR/RPRF, 2nd AOR and PERs................

Thanks

Hello to all.

I have registred myself and my spouse with CIIP (Canadian Immigrant Integration Program) today. Now can any body tell me that is any body already attended this program? Is it realy helpful? How much time they will take to call us for program?

I have also submitted my Passprot and RPRF DD and Medical on 29th March and it was received on 30th March by VO ND. How much time it will take to stamp VISA on Our passport?

Thx if you can clear above doubts.

Now my question is:

How come all of us who did send their applications on approx the same dates received the same response to their query TODAY and how come the guys who also sent their applications on the same dates as us received their PER on approximately the same date as the ones that are mentionned on our ecas????

It sounds like adimistrative mistakes are made and that unfortunate people like us are paying the price of having to wait longer and longer...

Dear sgcandle,

Yes my brother-in-low call CIO from Canada and they told him my immigration and client numbers, but nothing more. I have got reply for my inquiry yesterday:
Good Afternoon,
As per our prior email your file is pending further review and you will be contacted in due course. Each file is reviewed thoroughly, this process can take some time. We thank you for our continued patience.
Thank you
D.A.

I am at the beginning again and must wait.

Thank you so much for your kindly words and wishing you the best and luck on your process.

Viktoria

Dear Viktoria,
did you send some authorization form or something for your brother-in-low?
I have relatives in Toronto, and I was wondering could they just call CIO or they need my approval?

Thanks,
MiTSch

LOL, that's what I was thinking!
It seems the files who were received around Christmas and New Years are in delay.......it's driving me crazy!
Maybe they're just on a pile with all the Christmas decoration somewhere...... ;)
We just have to wait, just the five of us in that bright white area on the tracker...... ::)

Take care and hold on!

Kind regards,
Louise!

Isn't that what you said last week also? ;) I get a lot of people telling things will happen "before end of this week" no matter which week it is! :)

Wayne.

Eventually one of this guys will say "I told you so" :)

Dear seniors,

I need your advice please;

When my application was reported as missing by the courier, I filled out and sent to CIO an IMM5476 and appointed a Canadian friend as my unpaid representetive to give him the authorization to follow my case through the in-Canada telephone line. When I received my PER, a copy was also sent to my friend's email.

Now that my file is transfered to Damascus, I need all the correspondence from VO be sent to my own address in Iran to avoid wasting time. Now, how do you think VO will act in this regard? Although it is not reasonable that VO sends my letters i.e my MR from Damascus to Canada when they know I am residing in Iran, I am not sure if they will,as I have appointed a representative. Now do you think I need to fill out the cancellation form and send to Damascus in order to personally receive VO letters?

If so, do I have to send the original form or could I email them and attach a scanned copy of the complete cancellation form? And in case I am sending a letter to my VO, do I have to mention my UCI # or File # on the envelope?

Thank you in advance for your help, :)
